First weekly "Specification" meeting on Monday

Hi all, I'd like to have the first SLSA "Specification" meeting this Monday, July 25 at 12-1pm Eastern. Please see the meeting notes doc for up-to-date video link. (We'll get this all documented on the website once the details are finalized.) I propose that we start with weekly 1-hour meetings, and then adjust length and frequency from there.

I wish we could have found a time that worked for more people, but as you can see on the survey responses, no slot was particularly good. I'm hoping that those who can't make this slot can make a different meeting, or alternatively contribute asynchronously or in break-off meetings.

I'll send out a reminder email on Monday.

(This is the same Zoom ID as the Thursday bi-weekly meeting. I'm hoping it will work. I'm still waiting to hear back from OpenSSF for the calendar entry and zoom meeting. If we run into troubles, I'll send out an announcement via this email list + Slack.)
