Request for feedback: Source Track Draft

Hi everyone,

As discussed in Monday's meeting, I wrote up a proposal for the Source Track. Please leave feedback as comments on this [1] Google Doc. I will begin the SLSA Proposal [2] process on Feb 2, 2024. I will update this thread at that time with a link to the PR for additional feedback.
