Hello SLSA community,
Mark Lodato and myself, in discussion with the rest of the SLSA Steering Committee (SC), have authored a proposal to better document and refine the SLSA governance model.
The proposal captures the high-level changes we are proposing, which would be implemented (and reviewed) on the
governance repository. Proposed changes include:
* clarifying the role and responsibilites of SC Members and how they differ from the role and responsibilties of a core maintainer
* defining application process and nomination criteria for the SC and maintainer roles
Any and all feedback is encouraged and gratefully received. If you agree with the proposal, please let us know. Likewise if you disagree or would like to seek clarifications, etc.
