Echo-Lite: operational maturity levels for verifiable collaboration (hash ledger + resilience; NOT interrogation)
Hi SLSA community,
I’m releasing Echo-Lite / ARCH-LEVELS — a protocol + tooling for auditable, integrity-checked human↔AI collaboration designed to remain verifiable across platform resets (hash-chained transcripts + hash-ledgered artifacts).
NOT an interrogation tool.
It’s meant for voluntary workflows, transparency, and reproducibility — not surveillance or coercion.

Why I’m posting here:
Echo-Lite focuses on the operational layer (public pack + strict public/private split + restartability + reproducible checks). I’m preparing a short 7-level operational maturity model (L1–L7: audit + resilience) and I’d like 2–3 reviewers to sanity-check whether the framing aligns with supply-chain thinking (without pretending it’s “a SLSA replacement”).
Quick verification:
cd Echo-Lite
bash scripts/verify_public_pack.sh
If you can spare ~15 minutes, reply and I’ll send the maturity-level draft + verification checklist.
Best regards,
Marcin Łyczak
