Dear all,

FENCE GATE

As a matter of policy agreed earlier, fencing gate keys are given to each street reps. Duplicate fencing gate keys are only allowed to be made for fencing contributors who require them. The committee has not made duplicates keys for every contributor as this would defeat the purpose of securing access points within our area. Two nights ago, 2 fence gates were discovered "not locked" by irresponsible key bearers.

IRON GRILL GATE

The keys for this gate are given to the street reps only. No duplicates are allowed as gate not intended for daily usage.
