HOW TO FIND A ROOMMATE [PLEASE READ]

This is an independent self-moderated discussion board for finding
roommates for SLRF 2008. Post your message for a roommate on the
discussion board or find matching roommates!

Please read the following instruction:

1.You are responsible to find your own roommate and determine how to
split the room cost. SLRF 2008 is not responsible for finding
roommates and for no-show attendees resulting in attendees paying the
full room rate. Please be responsible and update your travel plans to
your roommate(s).

2. To post your request for a roommate, click "+new post" in the
"Discussions" area on the menu. You will be directed to create a
google account.

3. Click "Create an account now" and type in necessary information.
Then, choose an option how you want to read the messages posted on the
discussion board, and click "Join this group". You can now create new
posts.

4. For your roommate ad, please type your name, email, dates of
arrival and departure, gender, and smoker/non-smoker. If you have
booked a room, indicate which hotel you have reserved.

5. Make sure you check the discussion board often. If you found a
roommate, please indicate that you found one. Also, please delete the
post once you finalized your roommate arrangements.

6. To delete your posted message:
On the top right hand corner of the posted message, you will see a
link "more options" next to the date of the post. Click that link.
Then, you will see a link "remove" in the expanded menu. Click
"remove" and follow the instructions.
