HELP!

Hi ALL-

Just wondered if anyone had any ideas that would help me out. I need some ideas for a  middle school language group with students with varying disorders. None of them function much past 1st- 2nd grade level. There are three that are nonverbal, two of which are not responsive at all, one Down syndrome. There are several adults that lend a hand. Once a month we do a cooking class with them. It needs to be entertaining just to hold attention and educational. I would appreciate any and all ideas that may be shared.
