Hi Everyone,
If anyone is still looking for a CF job, framingham public schools has an opening (actually, I think she said two?) for their preschool starting January due to maternity leave(s). As of early this week, I know the position was still available because I had an interview scheduled for yesterday. I cancelled my interview because I accepted an offer from Canton public schools.
Here is the contact info:

Director of Special Education
Some advice:
I think some schools may have more room to negotiate when hiring for a maternity leave as you are actually a "long-term substitute". I was offered MA+90 if I was willing to sign a contract on the spot (I took it). I have all the benefits except the retirement plan. However, If they want me to stay, I will be eligible for this in September and will stay on the MA+90 track.
This was offered to me after I stated that their union contract was significantly lower (about $5000) than other communities close to them, such as Needham. I brought printouts of these contracts. I was planning to negotiate for MA+30, so I had all my transcripts with me (two Masters). It was after stating that although I was interested, I had another interview to got to, that they offered me the MA+90 if I was willing to sign a contract right away.
I hope this is helpful to someone. Good Luck!
Anna
