Hello everyone,
I hope you had a great break and Happy New Year.
I'm wondering if anyone knows whether the CF supervisor needs to co-sign our reports. I called ASHA, and they told me to call the state licencing. I called them, and was told that we are not even allowed to write our own reports (??????), so hence the CF would need to be the person signing. I told the lady I thought that was not what my understanding was, and then she told me to call back in 10 min, which I did, but could not get through!
The only reason I asked was that my CF asked me this.

Liz,
Just go to any bank. They all have notary publics and will just check your ID that "you are you", watch you sign, and then sign and stamp the document.

Hey guys!
I hope everyone's doing well and enjoying the Christmas season! I have a question about Licensure. Has anyone sent out their MA Licensure stuff yet? OF course I've procrastinated and went to do it today and then noticed that I need to sign in the presence of a notary and attach a picture of myself. Did you all do this? I'm not sure how to go about all of that, (or what a notary public is (: ) I'll be honest. If anyone has any advice, or ideas, letme know. Thanks!
