Terra Madre Day event happening tomorrow!

Hello there,

In honor of Terra Madre Day, we'll be enjoying scrumptious food and playing field games in the grass (not necessarily in that order) at Northeast Park starting at 5pm on Tuesday.

"What is Terra Madre Day?" you might ask. Terra Madre Day is an international celebration of local food. At the same time we are digging into our local greens, some friends in Russia could be slamming some local водка whilst a Chinese kid discovers the filling in her Baozi. The idea isn't novel, it's just a reason to get together, have fun, and savor some tasty, local dishes.

Please bring any game or equipment you'd like to share and a dish for a potluck style meal. Don't forget your kids, friends, animals and own utensils :)
