Nyt fra Slow Food: Chocolate Tasting at Chocolate and Love

Hermed inviterer vi til det første arrangement i påsken - nemlig:

CHOKOLATE TASTING AT »CHOCOLATE AND LOVE«
On Wednesday 18. April at 5.30 pm, we will have a chocolate tasting at Chocolate and Love, St. Regnegade 5, 2 th., 1110 København K. Chocolate and Love is a UK based chocolate producer. The company was founded by Richard O’Connor and Birgitte Hovmand.

Chocolate and Love aims at being a sustainable chocolate producer, and has chosen in their own chocolate to use organic ingredients from fair trade cooperations and to support reforestation through weforest.org.

Apart from producing their own chocolate, Chocolate and Love has one of the biggest and unique selections of award winning artisan chocolates brands from around the World. The chocolate brands we will sample at the tasting have won gold or silver at chocolate/food awards like Academy of Chocolate Awards or UK’s Great Taste awards, such as:

• Åkessons
• Friis-Holm
• Oialla
• Duffy’s
• Chocolate and Love
• … and others

During the tasting, Richard O’Connor will introduce us to the chocolate making process, provide tasting tips and give us the company’s view on sustainability and fairness in the world of chocolate.

The tasting and presentation will be in English.

PRICE: DKK 200,- for members of Slow Food, DKK 250,- for non-members.
