Hey Kids!

Here's a ride idea for this Sunday:

(Please forgive me for the shameless self-promotion, but I'm super excited!)
This weekend is the Spring Show at the Bemis Building -- 55 S. Atlantic St, right across the street fron the stadiums, and I'll be showing my art there in Room 312. The show happens noon to 8pm each day.

Anyway, I was thinking it might be a fun ride to come out there then to go on to Georgetown for some foods, beers and pinball. Just an idea to play with. Hope to see you all soon!

Cheers,
Sylvie

That sounds delightful! What time should we meet to roll down to Sodo?

You guys would probably be safe if you wanted to meet at Cal Anderson at noon and rolled down around 12:30 / 1pm...

I just remembered that this weekend is also the Pedaler's Fair is this weekend, at the Beltown Underground Event Center! They also have a facebook page, which has more info too. It sounds like a really cool event also -- all local bike-related businesses and organizations will be showing off their goods and services. I'd totally go if I didn't have this other thing going on!

I'd suggest from Cal Anderson, going down Pike, right on 1st to the Beltown Underground (2407 1st Ave  Seattle -- it's right by the Cyclops Cafe and I always look for the giant eyeball on the left).
Then from there you can make your way back down 1st (or 2nd, whatever makes you more comfortable) to the Bemis Building, which will be at 55 S Atlantic St (directly across the street from Safeco field, and on 1st and Edgar Martinez Bl. 1 block down from Pyramid Alehouse).

Cheers!
Sylvie
