Our next Slow Food event will be held in conjunction with Grinnell
Heritage Farm. It's your chance to learn all about growing asparagus.

Melissa says: "It will be at 3:30 on Saturday May 14th. We'll weed,
pick and then eat asparagus. It will also be a potluck. The potluck
starts at 5 pm. We ask that people bring their own dinnerware."

I heard great reviews of the event last year.
