I thought Slow Food members might be interested in an upcoming dinner
benefiting MICA and the American Culinary Federation Chef and Child
Foundation May 17th.

Please see the attached flier and the following description by Scott
D. Turley of Grinnell College dining services:

The Southeast Iowa chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF)
is holding a benefit dinner on Tuesday, May 17, for two local
charities: Mid-Iowa Community Action (MICA) and the ACF Chef and Child
Foundation. The latter is a volunteer group of chefs who educate
children about proper nutrition through community-based events. The
dinner features a four course gourmet meal (described in attached
flyer) and the donation is $36.
