Please join Slow Food Grinnell members as we make Sauerkraut this Sunday, January 29th at 1pm.
At this event you will learn the process of making Sauerkraut and help produce a batch which we will can and share Sunday March 11th. We had a great time doing this two years ago and are looking forward to another set of great batches.
Sunday's even will be held at Jordan Scheibel's home at 1325 4th Ave, Grinnell.
Grinnell Heritage Farms will be providing cabbage and you can bring your own vessels if you like. We request a $3 donation to Slow Food Grinnell for non-members.
