Slow Food Grinnell will be making a group trip to the Ladora Bank Bistro next Saturday, June 16th. The Bistro is located in a historic Bank in Ladora, IA. The Bistro is a wine bar with a long beer list and serves heavy hors d'oeuvres which make a nice dinner. For groups our size they typically split the drinks by person or couple and distribute the cost of a set of shared food orders evenly. We currently have a reservation for 8-10 people. Please RSVP to bro...@slowfoodgrinnell.org by midnight Thursday so I can adjust the reservation accordingly. It's a small place so we'll need to make sure they have the right head count.
To preserve the environment and maximize our enjoyment of the meal we are encouraging car pooling and Slow Food Grinnell will contribute $20 toward the costs of each driver who acts as a designated driver. For those attending, we will meet at 5:20pm at the St Mary's Education Center parking lot.
