As a followup to the Sauerkraut making event last month we will be tasting and canning the kraut we made on Sunday March 18th at 1pm. (This is a change from the originally announced date.) We will meet at 1pm at Ann Brau and Lyle Dunham's house at 2039 N. Penrose Street (the corner of 16th and Penrose).
If you wish to bring kraut home please bring canning supplies or containers. Burners, and canning equipment will be provided.
