Slow Food Grinnell will be making traditional Sauerkraut on Sunday
March 7th. Grinnell Heritage Farms will be providing cabbage and Slow
Food Grinnell will be providing the necessicary salt. We ask you to
bring yourselves along with knives and cutting boards to cut cabbage
and
containers for fermenting (large jars or crocks are good).

What: Traditional Sauerkraut Making
When: 1PM on Sunday, March 7th
Where: Doug and Amy's house at 1220 6th Avenue. It's a
big light blue house between High and East streets, right next
to an alley.
Bring: knives, cutting boards, containers
