Cyber Security and Gmail Policy Changes

Hello! I was drafting an email to suggest we create a new group where 2 current members could be administrators, when I received an email that Gmail is changing its policy and we will lose access to emails dated prior to Jan.1, 2020. Cyber risks have changed and we should improve cyber security. 

We are not being disloyal to Martin, those who knew him would say he would want us to move on, please confirm.

Who were the people who volunteered to serve as administrators? Unfortunately, I only get one hour of Internet a day at the library, not conducive to what is needed.

A new group would be fine, as long as it's not a FB group (I'm not on social media, by choice).

I am open to a new group as well.

I had only had a handful of conversations with Martin. However, my expertise is in website administration and cybersecurity analysis, so if I may be of assistance is preparing a new group/platform, please let me know. I would like to see a site dedicated to all the exhaustive sources that have been collected over the years, outside of the University of Pittsburgh System if possible.
