If you haven't attended the Coursera's Functional Programming Principles in Scala course yet, there's one starting on Sep 16th 2013 (https://www.coursera.org/course/progfun). And there's also a new course by M. Odersky et.al.: Principles of Reactive Programming starting on Nov 4th 2013 (https://www.coursera.org/course/reactive). It will be based on the ideas of the Reactive Manifesto and I'm sure it's gonna be great. Is there someone else to give it a try?
