Richard, what are you looking for and where all have you looked? A Google search of "Medzilaborce" (with quotes) produced 91 results for me, including several travel sites, Wikipedia, JewishGen, and Familypedia.

I have checked Jewishgen. I am looking for Family research.

Greek Catholic and Roman Catholic records are on the Family Search website. The Greek Catholic ones are mostly indexed. I was just searching them myself.
