I'm here. Wasn't quite as easy as it should be, but ultimately it worked.
By the way, there's a Google group called Slovakian something-or-other that's full of spam.

Welcome, Sue! What did you find difficult about the sign-up? Yes, the Slovakian Genealogy group was neglected, sadly, and taken over by spam (mostly porn). I'm allowing anyone to join in the next few days, but after that everyone will have to be approved. Hopefully that will keep out the spambots.
