Hi

there seems to be a bug in the game.  A new rice company in Bali was able to deliver to a city in Jawa Timur province.-when there was no ship in the neighbouring sea.

The log entry is...
Turn 1 | Phase: Operations @ 4:12PM UTC on Sep 10, 2022

tmondon9 selected the Bali Rice company to operate.

tmondon9 received 15 rupiah for selling 1 Rice (20 × 1 Rice - 5 × 1 ships)
sschimek received 5 rupiah for 1 ships used to transport Rice.

tmondon9 freely expanded the selected Rice company to an area in the Jawa Timur province.

You can see from the pic below - before the expansion the company should not have been able to operate.

Zoom in really close on the map, you will see that the smallest bit of Bali is over the line of the sea.

Thanks - not terribly clear - it seemed that if Bali was supposed to be in both the line would have been straight.

Sucks that it affected plans - but I will know for next time.

cheers

Hi, Jon

That you didn't know about Bali's triple sea-space adjacency suggests you (and, for that matter, anyone else reading who hasn't studied it already), may find the "Unofficial" FAQ (which, despite its name, actually contains a lot of clarifications from the designers) quite helpful. You can find it here

Have fun!
