Go to the group site at http://groups.google.com/group/slot-car-classifieds

Click the "pages" link on the right. There is a button that will say "add
new page"

You can use the web interface to upload pictures, add text etc. You can
also click the "html" button on the bottom right and paste in html. Play
around with it, you can't break anything.
