WBR Help!

Hi All,

 

WBR is just over a week away (Sat May 19th) and we wanted to get a final headcount to see who is avaiable to help out with the event.  Here is the timeline for the day. 

Set up 9AM - 10AM

Poker Run Registration 10 - 12

Festival 10 - 4

BBQ & Beer service 12 - 4

Band 12 - 4

Results 3 - 3:30

Clean up (& drink the rest of the beer ;) 4 - 5

Please email me and let me know if you are available to help and what times you are available.  Please invite anyone else not included in this email that is willing to help out. 

 

So far I have the following people available all day:

10. Dean Choate
11. Betty Choate
12. Shannon (maybe)

Also, if anyone has access to tables and chairs we may use for the day (for eating and drinking), please let me know.
