Registration open for 2026 brevets

I've updated the website for 2026 and you should be able to register for all of the events at this point. Thee are a few routes that are pending route approval but they should be fine as they are just variants of ones I've run before.

Again here is the list for 2026

Jan 3– San Simeon Coastal 102k (RUSA)
Jan 3– Morro Bay More Coastal 200k (ACP)
Jan 4– High Mountain 120k (RUSA)

Jan 31 – Morro Bay Almost Tepequest 200k  (ACP)
Jan 31 – Morro Bay Foxen 300k (ACP) - New for 2026
Feb 1 - 200k - The Bull
Feb 1 - 117k - Baby Bull (short version of the The Bull) - New for 2026

Feb 21 – SLO North County 200k (ACP)  (might do new variants but similar)
Feb 21 – SLO North County 300k (ACP)
Feb 21 – SLO North County 400k (ACP)

March 28 – Mostly SLO 300k (ACP)
March 28 – Mostly SLO 400k (ACP)
March 28 – Mostly SLO 600k (ACP)
March 29 – Mostly SLO Day 2 200k (ACP)

Hi Grant & SLO, merry Christmas

I had heard that you would be running Pinnacles 600 in 2026, was this information incorrect ? I'm asking to make sure, because in 2023 (?) it was not appearing on the calendar.

It would be great if you were doing it again - this year it was very well organized (thanks for the volunteers, thanks for the SAG food and yummy lasagna, and thanks for the sunday afternoon tailwind !!) Everything awesome except for me being very sick that weekend.

Also yes I am aware of Wei's 600 in the same taste, SLO to San Diego if I'm correct. But a 600 that starts in San Jose is super convenient for folks who live in the south Bay, so Pinnacles is perfect. Plus I like road 25 south of Hollister, it reminds me of the stories from the books of John Steinbeck.

[SLO RBA]

The plan at the moment is to run Pinnacles every second year which means the next running of it will be in 2027 (i.e. the PBP year). It's a great ride but it takes a lot of work to organize and support and it only makes sense if we have at least 20-30 riders so running it every two years means we have been getting a good turnout.
