Sloppy doesn't seems to slowing down the speed

I launched my web application using sloppy, have chosen 9.6k connection speed. Still when it opens the application in browser I didn't find any slowness, please advice if I am missing something obvious.

Hello - when the browser starts, is it running at localhost:5432 (or similar)?  If the web site you're trying to slow down redirects the browser away from that host and port, Sloppy won't be involved in the page.
