Simulating slow network connections (i.e. bandwidth) is great - but
what about latency?

Would be great if I could specify a delay (connect time) for each
request to simulate latency in addition to the data transmission
rate. This would be especially useful for web 2.0 apps, where clients
may have a fast connection, but are located half way around the globe.

That's a great idea. In fact, I just checked and I see it has already
been suggested:

http://code.google.com/p/sloppy/issues/detail?id=6

Given that it was suggested back in Aug '07, I think I should start
looking around for some help on this project as I don't seem to be
making enough time to keep up with the requests. Apologies for my
delay in getting these features implemented; I'll see if I can find
any willing volunteers to help make Sloppy more useful.
