Refreshing updated pages

I wouldn't call this a bug necessarily. I think it's just a reality we
all have to learn to live with.

Something users should be aware of. Most of you are probably
developers and already know this, but it's worth mentioning for newer
developers:

If you are modifying a page, and testing the modifications, normally
to see the modifications all you have to do is refresh the page (as
long as your browser cache is turned OFF).

If, however, you are testing the modified page through Sloppy, simply
refreshing doesn't load the modified page. You HAVE to quit the
browser and reload it (even if you have your cache turned off).
