Grant Overview

Hello Dear Group!

I will not be in attendance for this weeks installment of SLOCityFarm, but I do have a report to send you on the two grants: Youth Stewardship Initiative/catalyst grant and the Hearst Foundation Social Service grant. 

I can talk more about it next week, but attached is a quick synopsis.

It appears that there is no due date for grants to the Hearst Foundation, but our program might be stretched to meet their objectives.

The Youth Stewardship Catalyst Grant has two funding cycles of $15k and I think we should go for the winter cycle.

The Youth Stewardship Initiative Grant has only one cycle per year and the letter of intent is due by this Friday... maybe next time.
