Park City Update!!

SnowPeople, 

First of all, thank you for the amazing effort to get the waivers signed and to get all your contact information recorded.  

Lots of juicy and delicious nuggets of information packed into this small email.  Read, absorb, digest, enjoy, get excited and email us if you have any questions (BUT NOT BEFORE READING EVERYTHING ON THE GLORIOUS TRIP SITE).

In a little over a month and we will all be united in the the hopefully snowcapped mountains of Park City.  We know the homestretch of school can make this seem like a distant future, but it's really right around the corner and we wanted to share some additional trip details with you. 

Immediate actions:

• Security Deposit (one per chalet).  Provide Credit Card info for security deposit on your condo ahead of arrival 
• Transportation to Park City from Airport.  Book transportation to and from the airport to Park City
• Organize With Classmates.  Fill out your itinerary details to organize sharing transport / hotel room if arriving early
• Reserve your ski/snowboard rentals.  We have secured discounts from two rental agencies for you!

We have updated the trip website with tons of information - check it out for all the relevant information including:

• *Updates* Check the housing list for updates.  Your unit name/number may have changed.  Changes were based on last minute changes to headcount and condo inventory  
• How to get your ski pass when you arrive 
• Check-in/Check-out information 
• Map of all the condo locations (in relation to the ski mountain) 
• Rough Itinerary of weekend (events subject to change but things are looking awesome) 

For those who have finals left, good luck!  We can't wait to see you on the slopes.

I might be late for, but does anybody know what is the best place around to find great deals on snowboard+boots+bindings+helmets? I need to buy everything before my trip to Smugglers' Notch on the 22nd.

I'd primarily recommend East Coast Alpine in Boston (near BU), otherwise REI in Harvard Square.
