We hope you have all been checking out the weather in Utah over IAP - they are working hard in anticipation of our arrival!

We have one more important thing for you to do before getting to Utah, its optional but will make YOUR lives much easier when you want to get into your chalets.

Every chalet will need to provide one credit card as a security deposit BEFORE you will be able to collect you keys.  You will need to self-organize who in your chalet will do this.

To provide your credit card details before arriving in Park City you need to contact Kaitlin at Sports America on 800-876-8551 x100.

The deadline to do this is Thursday, Jan 24^th

Resort Quest

If you provide credit card details before arriving:

·         From 8am to end of day: Collect your ski passes from upstairs in Legacy Lodge at Park City Mountain

·         From 4pm: Collect chalet keys from upstairs in Legacy Lodge
The same person who gave credit card details must sign a disclaimer and collect the keys

·         Luggage Storage: Edelweiss, 1482 Empire Avenue, Park City, UT 84060

 

If you DO NOT provide credit card details before arriving first check if your keys are available upstairs at the Legacy Lodge.  If not you need to get a taxi to the Resort Quest office to give credit card details, sign disclaimer and collect keys

Park City Lodging

If you provide credit card details before arriving:

·         From 8am to end of day: Collect your ski passes from upstairs in Legacy Lodge at Park City Mountain

·         From 4pm: Collect your chalet keys (one person) from Edelweiss Haus, 1482 Empire Avenue, Park City, UT 84060 (short walk from Park City Mountain)

·         Luggage Storage: Edelweiss, 1482 Empire Avenue, Park City, UT 84060

 

If you DO NOT provide credit card details before arriving your chalet keys are available from Edelweiss Haus, 1482 Empire Avenue, Park City, UT 84060 (short walk from Park City Mountain).  
You will need to do a full check-in process which in past years has been a slow process so those who provide credit card details in advance will be given priority.
