so, we'll see how many of us actually check the newsgroup now.
there used to be a proliferation of events that were generically
open among those of us that, loosely or not, identified with the
slo.punks. we seem to have splintered since that time.
well, we were splintered then, too; at least we came together
from time to time. sure, there was drama, but there was a sense
of community, too.
well, i miss it. so, without further ado, i'm making an almost-
open invite to join me for teen soaps on wednesday nights.
when: wednesday nights at 20.00 (8pm for the civvies)
where: 3090 johnson ave, slo (corner of johnson and laurel lane)
what: dawson's creek, the best teen drama out there
who: almost everyone. if you become a drama queen, you're out.
why: nostalgia, mostly, i guess.

Who The Hell Are You?
What are you doing in my newsgroup? I found this little
corner of the net all alone and abandoned and I claimed it
for myself. Now you, you TTM or whatever, go! Go away!
Shoo!

Yeah we read it but there isnt anything there and when someone DOES bother
to post, it's about "teen dramas". God almighty, no thank you.

Ah, yes, I miss the good old days too. This forum used to be full of
all kinds of fun stories about naked hot tub parties and Burning Man
road trips. Where has everyone gone? Maybe it's time for one of those
parties.

I have found, in my tenure here, that it is best not to try to relive the
good old days. It is better to concentrate on having good new days.
Regardless, I haven't been to a good punk party in a long time. :-)
