Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone here is using Digital Putty as their
ISP. There were a few questions I had and was hoping there were some
DP users out there.

1) How long does it take for you to get connected?

2) What type of maximum connection speeds do you get? (i.e 50k 30k
24k 1900k or less)

3) how often do you get dropped from the ISP?

4) Have you had trouble getting your email off of their email server?

5) How would you rate their customer service dept? and have they ever
returned any of your phone calls.

6) If they return your calls or e-mail do they actually help or are
you told that your the only person with that problem?
