Today I registered the SLO Juggling and Unicycling club in the Holiday
parade:

It would be great to get as many jugglers and unicycles to come out
and hopefully we can attract more people to the club. The theme is
holiday lights, so glow props and fire would be awesome. If you don't
have a uni, borrow one from me or Carl, or just walk with us. There
should be a good crowd down there with lots of kids. I got 5 Santa
hats today at the dollar store people can borrow.
The parade is Friday, December 3rd... right around the corner. The
more people who come out the better, so please let me know whoever can
make it...

Thanks guys

I'll be there on my giraffe and will bring my three glow clubs and
three nighthacks (light-up hacky sacks that can be juggled). I can
lend someone my 20" freestyle unicycle or 12" unicycle if they need
it.

I can most probably make it. I was considering riding my kangaroo, though I don't know if I'm good enough yet. If not that, I'll go with the muni.

I'd love to come juggle along.  I won't be riding a uni, as that would just not be much fun for anyone (especially the unsuspecting children walking near me).  I'll bring some stuff to juggle, but I have no glow.  Maybe I could borrow 3 glow-balls from Carl or Adam.  Regardless, that sounds like a lot of fun; I can't wait!

Just a quick note on the parade...
We are one of over 90 entries - kind of a big deal!
Our starting position is by the corner of Nipomo and Monterrey.
There are prizes for, among others, Most Entertaining. Think we're a
shoo in.
Let's try and dress up in something X-mas cheesy. I'm thinking
sweaters, turtlenecks, ski-hats, Santa hats, red and green. So, if
you're home for the weekend try and remember to bring anything funky
you might have back. Let's have fun with it!
I'll have a few extra unis and lots of juggling props. Glow props
aren't necessary - there will be enough light for regular clubs.
There are, however, really awesome and reasonably priced($13) glow
balls at the downtown pet store Tails.
I've only heard back from Scott, Carl, Vincent, and Adam.... Hope more
of you can show up! It's happening during the normal Friday night
juggling time.
This will be really good exposure for the club - maybe we'll attract
some new riders and jugglers...
Hope to see you guys Tuesday @ Cuesta. Thursday I'll be performing at
Farmer's. And Friday we'll rock the parade!

Sorry guys, but it looks like I won't be able to make it after all.  I'm headed out to New Jersey tonight and will we gone until mid-next week.  Have a blast, and represent us well!

Cheers,
~Scott
