*October 29, 2011, Bengaluru:* Speaking on the sidelines of Life 2011
conference *Mr. S. A Ramdas, Medical Education Minister*, Govt of* *Karnataka
said, “We are aware that many women suffer from Infertility. Life 2011
conference will help the Government to understand various problems faced by
Infertile people and take necessary steps to tackle the issue.”
*Inaugurating the “Life 2011” *conference he said that Infertility Treatment
should be Included in Govt Insurance Scheme about which he will discuss in
the winter session of the State legislature. Minister also added that
Karnataka has to be the hub of Healthcare & Education and a new scheme has
been planned to train & make 10 Medical colleges to Research Centers.
*Dr. Kamini Rao, a leading gynecologist & Organizing Chairperson of the
conference Life 2011 said,* “South India has come of page because of this
event. 95% of the faculty attending the Life 2011 is from south India. This
event covers the latest trends and techniques in the fields of Ultrasound,

Life 2011 is a three day medical congress on Ultrasound, Infertility and
