* All of the "nihongo.monash.edu" links have been updated to the new edrdg site and checked.

Internally I've switched back on the old system for moving these links automatically which I'd let atrophy, so that they can easily be moved around.

* The encoding system project mentioned in Andre Elias's document

seems to have disappeared. I don't think an archive.org link will offer much in this case since it's a very old software project which probably doesn't work any more anyway, so I've just removed it. It's in the comments so visible in the source code of

* The website h-dc.com which had the list of words with two meanings has disappeared so I've updated that to an archive.org link. See the following page.

There were a few other niggles but nothing very important. The popjisyo/rikai sites are still returning errors all the time so I probably should remove them. I think they are obsolete now anyway. Probably do that next month.
