Link cleanup for February 2025

Link cleanup details for Feb 2025:

* There don't seem to be duplicates of the content of nihongo.monash.edu on the edrdg.org site so the links have stayed in place again this month.

* The site "polarcloud.com" which offered a browser extension for reading Japanese has gone. This will appear commented out in the HTML source code.

* thejapanesepage.com added a www to their URL

* There was a change in the link to my Perl module

* A link to "kotobank.jp" changed to https://kotobank.jp/word/%E3%81%AE%E3%82%8B%E3%81%BE-1576295.

* I don't know why but the subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/LearnJapanese/ gives a 302 "found" result which I'm ignoring since the URL seems to be OK.

Everything else seems more or less the same as usual. Let me know if there are any broken links. Thank you.
