There are ongoing problems with the web servers where various things are not working correctly. I'm not sure what is happening but I'll reply on this thread if things don't seem to be improving shortly.

Apparently this was a system-wide problem at the web hosts. Apologies to affected users. Things are OK now as far as I can tell.
