www.sljfaq.org/cgi/date.cgi furigana changes

I've added some more furigana to the dates pages so that the Japanese era kanji names will all have some furigana over them. See for example

Prior to this there was some furigana, but now it should be on every kanji era name.

I'm also in the middle of overhauling the entire /cgi/ section of the website with a new system.
