[kanji] New system is incoming

A rewrite of the kanji.sljfaq.org kanji look up is incoming. Currently the output looks like the following, so it is almost identical in output to the old system.

I'm probably going to scrap the news.sljfaq.org web site since updating it seemed to take more time than I wanted to spend, and I have so many other things to do.
