Removal of error from godan verbs and block of Vietnamese nuisance user

A correspondent wrote and pointed out that "nameru" should not be in the list of iru and eru verbs which are godan, so I've removed that. At some point this should be coordinated with the better-curated list of words in JMDICT but I didn't have time to do that right now.

Further to the previous discussion, evidently the person sending the request for the Vietnamese language pages which don't exist seems to be reading the messages here, because the next day he sent a bunch of requests for pages in Portuguese, but now he is boringly back to daily requests for Vietnamese pages. Anyway I have blocked that IP address.
