Sri Lankan AD is very unprofessional. I have informed them to Stop SPAMING me. but they didn't stop SPAMING. 

how can we deal this Guys. ( Please don't say use filters or make it SPAM. - I have already done).

Spoofing is unethical and illegal regardless of how you obtain e-mail addresses of receivers.
If you want a free mass mailer for legitimate purposes, which send mail without using separate SMTP server, there are plenty on the web.

if your mails are well written, and there is a valid sender and return address which does not look like a spoofed one. Most filters will send it through. Also when your subscribers subscribe to your list. You can also ask them to configure their filters to not to block mails from your address.
