Shafraz,

Have tried Cypress technical documents and training? http://www.cypress.com/?id=1327. There are few you may interested.
I think you can learn from the product datasheets too (assuming you already familiar with Micro's)

Enjoy

Hi,

I think the best book for learning micro controller is it's manual. Most of the manuals can download from the web simply searching from its name. If you want a general book there are books available in the web.

Regards,
Aruna.

Thank you for all for quick responds to my question. PSoC bit
deference from other Micro controllers.
it has spacial features.
I think data sheet is good for reference and learn architecture. but I
want to learn about this features and how to use this.
so I am looking for a good book/tutorial or a person has experience
with PSoC to guide.

Thank you

Shafraz,

Yes, you can think PSoC as a combination of FPGA and Micro Controller, So if you are familiar with those two separately, PSoC s are not hard to understand.
The Cypress link I have send you above contains downloadable tutorials on there development/design IDE as well as sample designs (with step by step) and tutorials on debugging the designs. Though they are focused on there PSoC s these tutorials are bit helpful.
Regards
Sadeepa
