Increasing SPAM Bussiness (?!) in Sri Lanka

Hi Friends

SPAMing is increasing in Sri Lanka also. There are some companies have started SPAMing as business sending Advertisements with out our permission. They should get our permission before add our address to the group but they do other way, if we not interest they ask us to remove from group by sending mail or click a link. but we cant to this every time new group creates. email address is some ones privacy and using them for business with out them permission is inethical and unprofessional. How we can handle this guys?
