However, at the moment we can only work with Lync on-prem, as Lync 365 does not have the APIs released yet for the cloud version. We are keeping in touch with Microsoft and plan to add 365 once the APIs are released as well.
We already have an existing integration platform for Moodle (and other LMSs), which currently supports WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom and other services. Once the APIs for Lync 365 are released we could have it integrated in a short matter of time.
One more thing to take into consideration is that Microsoft is replacing 365 with Skype for Business _lync_becomes_skype_for_business/, so I can't really say if Microsoft will ever release these APIs for 365 instead of waiting for the release of the new Skype version...
