Guidance for developing Profiler .Net

Hi Team,

I am interested in developing profiler for .Net applications. And i need some proper guidance for this. 

My short term goal for the profiler to look like are as follows,

1. It should give the load (number of calls /min).

2. Response time at each level.

3. To get the most time consuming method with few call stack.

Please help with few links and suggestions so that i can start up with.
