I do not have too much time to spend on slim, but hopefully from time
to time I'll be able to commit different bits.
Here is what I am interested in.

1. Add new framework-4 profiling features. Such as ability to attach/
detach to existing process, tail recursion calls, get rid of need to
register COM object and pass profiler in environment variable.

2. Add calls profiling. Currently only sampling is implemented.

3. Improve reporting capabilities. Filter out noise, more
visualization schemes.
