Has anyone tried to use the ifttt 'Maker' channel to post time entries?

I wanted to automate some of my time entries based on actions I do in other web services.

I am looking at using the ifttt (if this then that) 'Maker' channel to do it.

The Maker channel allows you to Make a single web request as an action to some kind of trigger.  You can see a screenshot of the UI to create the Web Request below.  What would I put in the URL field and in the Body field to make a new time entry?
It seems that I need to first make an initial request to get an "access_token", but it seems that this is not an option with the way ifttt works.

Is there a way to post a time entry in a single request?
