Slimtimer is a great little tool, but I don't believe it's actively maintained. I would look for something else. I was having the same issue a few months ago, and could not get my timesheet reports out in a timely manner.

If you want to still use it, then I would periodically do backups of the reports...i.e. daily.

That's too bad. It has been working really nicely for the past 5 or 6 months for me. I'll have to save my reports as you suggested.
